AlphaTech (Zhejiang JiaDing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.) works on two ends of the same thing: connecting model capability to the development pipeline, and bringing intelligence onto the factory floor.

Why we do this

Over the past two years, model capability has improved faster than any organisation can absorb it. For most enterprises the question is no longer "can we use a model", but "how do we get a model into a process that someone is accountable for".

We see two kinds of failure. One is treating AI as a demo project that ends with a report. The other is treating AI as a general-purpose tool that nobody knows where to apply after purchase.

So we chose two paths that look unglamorous but are hardest to replace. One gives developers a stable, transparent, verifiable model access layer. The other puts engineers inside factories, working with production people until one link passes acceptance.

What the two have in common: both must face the real world, and neither can be delivered with slides.
